We don't do open homes. That's right, no open homes. Only offer 1 on 1 inspections with qualified enquiry. When an enquiry comes through, we get on the phone to verify the interest & run through some basic information before scheduling a walkthrough. We also offer video walkthroughs and video calls for those tenants who may not be able to attend in person. This ensures we can further qualify and get to know our tenants on a more personable level before assessing their documents & references.

We manage maintenance and repairs through a structured system that prioritizes both property protection and tenant satisfaction. Our maintenance management is categorized by urgency and handled accordingly:
Emergency Maintenance (24-48 hour response): Issues that threaten safety, security, or property integrity receive immediate attention. These include burst pipes, electrical faults, gas leaks, or security breaches. Our network of licensed, insured contractors is available 24/7 for these situations.
Non-urgent repairs are assessed on a case by case basis, any works that fall under this category are discussed & consulted with our owner partners before any works proceed.
We conduct regular property inspections to ensure the property is being looked after & the tenants are settling in sufficiently. This ensures we are pro active with identifying any potential issues before they become bigger problems in the future.
For all maintenance matters, we follow a clear process:
