We collect all files, lease docs, condition reports and bond info from your old agent. Tenant gets a friendly intro letter with our details.

We take over rent collection, inspections, maintenance, compliance, everything. You go back to weekends being weekends.

Common questions

Things landlords ask before switching.

What happens to my current tenant?

Nothing changes for them legally, their lease continues exactly as is. We send a friendly intro letter and open up multiple lines of communication with the tenant, so they're familiar, aware and up to date. Most tenants tell us EZPZ is a noticeable improvement on whoever was there before.

Will my property be unmanaged during the switch?

No. There's a transition period of about 14 days where both agencies hold the file, and we coordinate so nothing falls through the gaps. Rent continues to be collected the entire time.

Can I keep using my own tradies?

Absolutely. If you have plumbers, electricians or gardeners you trust, we'll add them to your file and use them. If you don't, we have a trusted local network across Melbourne that we use. Either way, you are kept up to date & in the loop with all maintenance & repairs.
